Appointments are not necessary. You may visit our business office at 1840 Boston Rd., Springfield, MA during our normal scheduled business hours. If you choose, you may also set up a consultation appointment by calling our business office at 413-887-4885. A consultation may take up to an hour.

Any paperwork regarding the cemetery including the section, lot number, etc.

A Death Certificate if available

Any specific monument design ideas or requests you may have that reflect the monument you have in mind.

Usually, unless specifically noted on the specific cemetery regulations, our expert engraver can provide professional lettering and engraving services on existing monuments. Please call our office for additional information at 413-887-4885.

We require a 50% deposit in order to place an order for a monument. Once the monument has been delivered to our location, we will require payment in full prior to placement.

For engraving orders only, we require payment in full prior to the engraving completion.
